Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Xpacore Ltd (Експакор ЕООД) for your use of Baba Vanga (vanga.info) and the Baba Vanga Android app. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Baba Vanga (the "Service") — on the website or in the Android app — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service — for entertainment only
Baba Vanga creates readings of coffee cups and palms from the photos you take, written by artificial intelligence in the style of a traditional fortune teller.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- If you sign in with Google, your Google account remains subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We receive only the basic profile details described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Free readings allowance
The Service is currently free of charge. Your account has an allowance of readings (shown as "credits") that renews automatically; each reading uses one. Credits cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and we may change the size of the allowance. If we ever introduce paid features, we will publish prices in advance and never charge you without your explicit agreement.
5. Your photos and questions
- You keep ownership of the photos and questions you submit. You allow us to process them only to create, store and — when you share a reading — display your readings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Photograph only your own cup or hands, or someone else's with their permission. Do not upload photos showing other people's faces, identity documents, or anything unlawful or offensive.
- You are responsible for the content you submit.
6. Sharing readings
When you share a reading, anyone with the link can see it, including your first photo. You decide whom you send it to, and you can stop sharing at any time. Do not share readings in a way that harasses or misleads others.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- get around the readings allowance, for example with multiple accounts or automated requests;
- present readings as certain predictions or as professional advice to anyone.
8. AI-generated content
Readings are generated automatically and may be surprising, inaccurate or repetitive. You may use your readings for personal, non-commercial purposes and share them with others.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, illustrations and branding, is owned by Xpacore Ltd (Експакор ЕООД) and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service — nothing more.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or come true.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpacore Ltd (Експакор ЕООД) is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a reading. Because the Service is free of charge, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time — including an account created with Google or in the Android app — by emailing office@pacod.io from the address registered to it; we then delete your data as described in section 12 of our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
